Our services involve the use of artificial intelligence and automation technologies. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• AI systems may not be perfect and may occasionally produce unexpected or inaccurate results.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to such claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement as specified in our formal agreement. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
